Shipping Delivery
Information about order processing, transit, tracking and delivery delays.
1. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Transit time begins after an order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.
3. Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Tracking
Once tracking information is available, it is normally provided by email. Carrier tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch.
5. Multiple Shipments
Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately when products are fulfilled from different locations. Separate tracking information may be provided when applicable.
6. Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier congestion, weather, customs processing, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Changes may not be possible after an order has been processed or shipped.
